Negatives: spiders inside (be careful leaving luggage open). Had to use window units to cool home (located in entry -2). For the price, should have & central air conditioning that works. There were just 3 of us (March 4, 5, ) & checked out Monday the 7th). It was quite warm in the day time.
Our overall experience was good. Loved sitting outside & watching all the various birds & nice evening breeze. Sun room very comfortable & lots of light. Loved the kitchen, had everything needed to fix nice meals. Overall, very clean! Pool table & dart board + games were great!
Owner takes pride in this historic ranch home. PLEASE fix central a/c & we'll be back!
