Omg this place is probably the best Bbq I've ever had. The portion size is great. The meat was tender and juicy. The owner was friendly. Definitely something you shouldn't miss if you are in the area. I wish it was opened near where I live. I'd love to have it again.
Had a three meat dinner, the Brisket and ribs were awesome and not far behind was the susage:-)
As good BBQ as you'll get anywhere. I only had the ribs and brisket (twice) and they were smoked to perfection. Moist and melt in your mouth tender. Excellent potato salad and beans. Garnished with pickle spear, onions and a jalapeno. Don't pass this place up. Did I mention very reasonably priced.
I haven't had real BBQ until today...mind blowing experience
My wife and I stopped by for a late lunch after spending our morning in Big Bend Ranch State Park. We had two fantastic brisket sandwiches, a couple of bags of potato chips, and some cold drinks. The food was so good that we went back for lunch the next day after hiking around Big Bend National Park. This time we had turkey, ribs, and sausage with potato salad and beans on the side. The amount of food in our 'two meat plates' staggering! Everything was fantastic and the gentleman running the place couldn't have been nicer. Stop by for some fantastic far West Texas Q next time you find yourself in Terlingua.
