Haven't stayed yet, but will have no problem in the near future on one of our amazing bike trips. Diligently watched the "Badlands" series and had heartfelt thoughts for the young resterantour that was killed. We will joyfully stop to stay, and visit/support his friends. Thank you in advance..
Keep in mind this is a RV and it is RV camping... HOWEVER, The fresh linens, warm water and and air-conditioning make you feel like you are camping in style! They also have a a working kitchen equipped with coffee maker (and coffee), microwave, toaster, pots, pans and utensils. They also have a grill on site. A short drive into Terlingua and there is very good grocery store so there is no need to go out... but you might want to take a gander/walk up the road to the Starlight Theater Restaurant and Saloon.
I have my Camper there for the foreseeable future. Sam and Daniellia are just a joy and the location is perfect. Comfortable/ central and adaptable to your needs.
The stay in quarter's are clean and comfortable. There location has a great panorama view of the mountains.
It was soooooo much fun staying in a VINTAGE 1971 airstream!!! It was a classic and most of the original fittings. Dani & Sam do a great job of making you feel right at home.
There are also many historic ruins to see right in Ghost town and its so close to Big Bend National Park (which is why we were in town).
Overall is was a very fun experience!! If we are ever in the area we will definitely be there again!
Nice people, centrally located, and a great place for start gazing.
They are also centered with ghost town eateries and entertainment.
